- Conehead® EPS Technology provides a softer liner whereby the cones help manage or absorb an impact force more efficiently. Six critical zones have been fine tuned for a progressive response to low-speed and high-speed impacts.

Fly Smart
The FLY Smart app, powered by Quin, is the essential companion to the Formula S smart helmet. In the event of a crash, this fully integrated impact detection system will send mission-critical location, health, and safety data to the rider’s trusted circle and emergency responders.
With the FLY Smart intelligent telemetry system, you can unlock insights into your rides, analyze the details that matter to you, and ride with peace of mind knowing that help can be on its way when you need it most.
Impact Detection Alert System:
Track and analyze every impact your helmet sustains. In a major crash event, FLY Smart sends vital information such as location, health, and safety data to the rider’s trusted circle and/or emergency responders.
Emergency Response:
Ride with peace of mind knowing that help can be on its way via Automatic Crash Detection, a manually triggered S.O.S. Beacon, emergency alerts, and the option for a direct link to 911 emergency services supported by a 5-diamond level monitoring center.
Real Time Ride Analytic Tracking:
Record your rides and track your favorite performance metrics. Tracking your speed, distance, elevation, hard braking, and acceleration events. Review your rides and share them with your friends or save them to analyze later.
Impact Energy Cells Enhanced By RHEON:
All FLY Racing Formula helmets feature seven strategically positioned Impact Energy Cells. Their maze-like structure will compress and shear to maximize absorption of low speed linear and rotational impacts reducing overall brain stress.
Impact Energy Cells are enhanced with RHEON, an ultra-high energy-absorbing technology that controls energy across a wide range of impact velocities. This reactive material is soft and flexible, but upon impact, instinctively stiffens to radically dissipate energy of any amplitude. In the event of a crash, Impact Energy Cells dramatically improve the helmet’s ability to minimize the impact force on your head.
ConeHead EPS Technology:
Spanning six critical zones individually fine-tuned for a progressive response to low and high-speed impacts, our ConeHead Dual-Density EPS allows the cones to help manage and absorb an impact force more efficiently over a broader range of impact scenarios.
Expanded Volume EPS:
Additional impact absorbing EPS has been strategically placed throughout the helmet to provide more suspension between your head and the ground.
12K Carbon Fiber Shell:
Thermal cured 12K carbon is composed of wider bands woven together. This process reduces dips and rises creating less area for resin to pool. The result is a stronger, and much lighter shell.
Ultra-Lightweight:
At just 1290 grams +/-50g (size MD/LG), 2.8 pounds +/-0.11lb (size MD/LG), the Formula is one of the lightest weight helmets in the field.
